Meet the engineers behind PLM Engineering
We are PLM Engineering. Our team consists of four colleagues and friends – structural engineers, each with over 15 years of experience in the field of steel structures.
The company was founded in 2016 and specializes in the design of steel and glass structures, providing coordination and consulting services, as well as project management services.
During this period we have successfully completed over 100 projects, mainly in the German market. We work closely with a steel fabrication and assembly shop, which allows us to offer comprehensive engineering solutions for projects of various scales.

My name is Plamen Bayraktarski. I have a degree in civil engineering with many years of experience in the design and installation of steel structures. Since 2016, I have been running my own company, specializing in the design of steel and glass structures, providing coordination and consulting services, as well as project management services.

CANKA GABROVSKA
Senior Engineer
A certified structural engineer with experience in designing steel structures. I graduated from UACEG, with part of my studies completed at Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon. My professional experience and work in specialized companies
have established me as an expert in the field of steel structures. I possess strong teamwork skills and negotiation abilities, combining technical expertise with a diplomatic approach. I have on-site engineering experience. I am proficient in English and German at a working level.

LYUBITSA MILANOVA
Senior Engineer
My name is Lyubitsa Milanova and I am a graduate civil engineer with experience in design of reinforced concrete and steel structures. I have worked on projects for vertical cylindrical tanks, lattice towers and masts as well as in project management in the gas and oil industry. I am currently designing mainly steel and glass structures in Germany complying with Eurocode and DIN standards. I am fluent in English and German.

Senior Engineer
I am Eng. Dimitar Vasilev, a graduate engineer with extensive experience in the design of steel and reinforced concrete structures in industrial and civil engineering. I specialize in the design of multi-story buildings and industrial halls. My experience includes close involvement with production processes, which allows me to apply practical and efficient solutions in detailing the projects.
